Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup Dark Course Bulgur
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 5 Cups Of Water
  • ½ Tsp. Salt

 

 

 

 

1- In a wide pot, put olive oil then add dark bulgur.

2- Roast for 1 – 2 minutes, add butter.

3- Add salt and water. Cook on medium heat, lowering afterwards, until water is absorbed.

4- Let rest for 10 minutes, then serve.
