Ingredients:

  • 1 Teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Pimento
  • 1 Teaspoon Cardamom
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Fenugreek
  • 1 Teaspoon Saffron
  • 2 Cups Duru Brown Fine Bulgur
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Kg Oil-Free Mince Meat
  • 2 Pieces Medium Size Onion
  • Hot Pepper

1- Spice Mix: Mix white pepper, pimento, cardamom, cinnamon, lemon salt, fenugreek, and saffron

2- Take 2 cups of Duru Brown Fine bulgur in a large tray and add salt and spice mixture.

3- Put the oil-free mince meat in a food processor and chop them. Put the onion and hot pepper in a food processor and chop them.

4- Put chopped onion and mince meat on the large tray. Knead them.

5- Knead more easily by softening with water. Spread Kibbeh Neih (raw) on a large plate.

6- Add some olive oil to it and serve with mint. Serve cold. Bon Appetit!
