Ingredients:

  • 1 Teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Pimento
  • 1 Teaspoon Cardamom
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Fenugreek
  • 1 Teaspoon Saffron
  • 5 Cups Duru Brown Fine Bulgur
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Kg Oil-Free Mince Meat
  • 2 Pieces Medium Size Onion
  • Hot Pepper
  • Ingredients For Stuffing:
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Piece Medium size onion
  • 100 g Pine Nut
  • 1 Kg Oil-Free Mince Meat
  • 1 Teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Salt
  • 4 cups Sunflower oil (For frying kibbeh ball)

1- Spice Mix: Mix white pepper, pimento, cardamom, cinnamon, lemon salt, fenugreek, and saffron.

2- Take 5 cups of Duru Brown Fine bulgur in a large tray and add salt and half of the spice mixture. Put the oil-free mincemeat in a food processor and chop them.

3- Put the onion and hot pepper in a food processor and chop them. Put chopped onion and mincemeat on the large tray. Knead them. Knead more easily by softening with water.

4- Stuffing: Put the olive oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and pine nut and saute them. Add medium mincemeat and salt then saute them. Add spice mix and mix again.

5- Kibbeh Ball: Take a small piece of Kibbe and shape a ball with wet hands. Drill a hole in the center of the kibbeh ball and shape the edges until they are thin. Fill kibbeh with stuffing and close the kibbeh. Shape it. Fry in a pan with oil. Serve hot. Bon Appetit!
