Ingredients:

  • Zinkol B Laban:
  • 5 Cups Duru Brown Fine Bulgur
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 8 Cups Hot Water
  • ¼ Cup Rice
  • 2-3 Tablespoon ghee butter
  • 2-3 Tablespoon ghee butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Dry mint
  • 2-3 Cloves Garlic
  • 4 Liters Yoghurt

 

1- Put Duru Brown Fine bulgur in a bowl. Add salt, black pepper, white pepper and flour then mix.

2- Add hot water to the mixture and mix well. Cover it for 10 minutes.

3- Knead the dough. Shape the dough into small balls.

4- In another place, boil the rice. Put ghee butter in a pan, add mint and garlic then saute.

5- Add yoghurt. Add boiled rice and the zinkol balls.

6- Cook them for 5 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Bon Appetit !
