Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp of butter
  • 1 cups of Coarse Bulgur With Vermicelli
  • 2 cups of boiling water
  • Salt

 

 

 

 

1- Place 1 tbsp of olive oil and 1/2 tbsp of butter in saucepan.

2- Add the Coarse Bulgur With Vermicelli. Stir 2 cups of boiling water and 1 tsp of salt.

3- Cook over low heat for 15 minutes Cover and simmer until stock is absorbed.

4- Remove from heat.

5- Cover and let stand for 15 min.
