1 Finely chop the onion and garlic. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
2 Add the garlic, onion, and ginger and mix them for 5 minutes.
3 Cut the chicken wings with a knife for easier cooking. Add the chicken wings to the pan and cook them for 1 minute. Add the fish sauce, cook them for 3 minutes.
4 Pour the chicken broth into the pan. Add Duru Coarse Bulgur and mix slowly.
5 After boiling, cover the pan and cook them for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
6 After the bulgur swelled with water, serve with a piece of salt and black pepper.
7 Serve by adding green onions and boiled eggs. Bon Appetit!
