ARROZ CALDO

Ingredients

  • Arroz Caldo:
  • 1 Cup Duru Coarse Bulgur
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 Piece chopped onion
  • 1 Clove crushed garlic
  • 1 Piece fresh ginger
  • 15 g Chicken wings
  • 1,5 Tablespoon fish sauce
  • 4 Cups chicken broth
    • 1 Finely chop the onion and garlic. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
    • 2 Add the garlic, onion, and ginger and mix them for 5 minutes.
    • 3 Cut the chicken wings with a knife for easier cooking. Add the chicken wings to the pan and cook them for 1 minute. Add the fish sauce, cook them for 3 minutes.
    • 4 Pour the chicken broth into the pan. Add Duru Coarse Bulgur and mix slowly.
    • 5 After boiling, cover the pan and cook them for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
    • 6 After the bulgur swelled with water, serve with a piece of salt and black pepper.
    • 7 Serve by adding green onions and boiled eggs. Bon Appetit!
