Ingredients:

  • Chicken Adobo:
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 Pieces Chicken Leg
  • 4 Pieces Chicken Drumstick
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 5 Pieces Bay Leaf
  • ¾ Cup White Vinegar
  • ¾ Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 Pieces Finely chopped green chili
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Cup Duru Coarse Bulgur
  • 2 Cups Hot Water
  • Salt

1-Put the olive oil in a pan and heat it. Place the chicken legs and chicken drumsticks in the pan and cook them. When the chickens are crispy (7-10 minutes) take the chickens from the pan.

2- Put the garlic, bay leaf, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and half the chili pepper in another pan.

3-When it starts to boil, lower the heat and place the chicken in this saucepan, cover the top and cook over low heat until the chicken meat is separated from the bones. (35-40 minutes)

4-Put the chickens on the clean plate. Continue to boil the chicken broth in the pan over high heat until it reaches sticky. Put the chickens into the pan again and turn them with the sauce.

5-Bulgur cooking: Put oil in a clean saucepan and add 1 cup of Duru Coarse Bulgur. Add 2 cups of hot water and salt. Cook the bulgur until it is grained.

6-Serve it with chili pepper. Bon Appetit!
