Ingredients:

  • 1 glass of Fine Bulgur
  • 3 bananas
  • 100 g celery
  • 150 g carrots
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric

 

 

1-Put the peeled and coarse chopped carrots and celery in to a pan and add water to cover them. Boil the veggies until they get very soft.

2-Then, pass them through wire mesh screen to mash.

4-Shred the bananas. Rest bulgur within 1 glass of hot water for 20 minutes. Mix carrots, celery, bulgur and bananas with a wire whip within a cup.

5-Flavour it with honey, turmeric and powder ginger. Serve as warm or cold.
