Ingredients:
- ½ glass of Extra Extra Coarse Bulgur
- 1,5 glass of water
- 2 zucchinis
- 1 aubergine
- 1 carrot
- 8-10 dry tomatoes
- 5-6 fresh onion
- 1 orange’s juice
- ¼ orange bark shaving
- ½ glass of olive oil
- ½ lemon’s juice
- ¼ of one bunch of dill
1- Chop all vegetables big size. Place on a broad and shallow pan. Add bulgur on them. Then, add orange juice, orange bark shavings, olive oil and lemon juice.
2- Cook for 20-25 minutes under low heat after adding water and salt. Splatter dill and serve.
