Ingredients:

  • 1 glass of Fine Bulgur
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 glass of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • For Serving
  • Fig or apricot jelly by choice

 

 

1-Put all ingredients into a casserole except butter and cook for approximately 15 minutes until it is a dense mash.

2-Close to cooking, add butter and remove from the cooker after cooking for 2-3 more minutes.

3-Lay over a glass tray when hot. Keep it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes to freeze and be cut easily after it reaches room temperature.

4-Serve with figs or apricot jelly by choice.
