Ingredients:

  • ½ glass of Extra Extra Coarse Bulgur
  • 1,5 glass of water
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 aubergine
  • 1 carrot
  • 8-10 dry tomatoes
  • 5-6 fresh onion
  • 1 orange’s juice
  • ¼ orange bark shaving
  • ½ glass of olive oil
  • ½ lemon’s juice
  • ¼ of one bunch of dill

 

1- Chop all vegetables big size. Place on a broad and shallow pan. Add bulgur on them. Then, add orange juice, orange bark shavings, olive oil and lemon juice.

2- Cook for 20-25 minutes under low heat after adding water and salt. Splatter dill and serve.
