Ingredients:
- 1 glass of Extra Extra Coarse Bulgur
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 small onion ( finely minced )
- ½ carrot ( chopped as small cubes )
- 1 small green cabbage ( chopped as cubes )
- 1 celery ( chopped as cubes )
- ½ small glass of peas ( frozen or canned )
- 1 small tomato ( peeled, finely chopped )
- 1 green long pepper ( finely minced )
- 1 pinch of fresh mint
- 1 coffee spoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 glasses of boiled water
