Ingredients:

  • 2 onions
  • 250 g pound meat
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of pepper paste
  • 1 glass of Extra Extra Course Bulgur
  • 6 glasses of consommé
  • 1 glass of Duru Chickpeas ( boiled)
  • 1 grated orange bark
  • ½ glass of orange juice
  • Salt, black pepper
  • For serving
  • 5-6 leaves of finely minced fresh mint

 

1-After finely mincing onions and charring with butter add pepper paste and pound meat.

2- After adding chickpea, orange juice, grated orange bark and bulgur add consommé and let it boil.

3- When boiled add salt and black pepper. Boil it once more.

4- Ornate it with finely minced mint and serve.
