Ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 1 Tablespoon onion
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1 Piece Tomato
  • 250 g Shrimp
  • 15 Pieces Mussel
  • 200 g Pea
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Red Pepper
  • 1 Cup Duru Extra Extra Coarse Bulgur
  • 3 Cups Chicken Broth

 

 

1-Place sunflower oil in a pan. Finely chop the onion and garlic and put them in a pan, saute them lightly over medium heat.

2-Add tomato then continue mixing. Add the shrimp, mussels, and peas and mix them for 3 minutes more. Add salt, pepper, and red pepper.

3-Add the extra extra coarse bulgur and mix.

4-Boil the chicken in a separate place and add the boiled chicken broth.

5-Cover the pan and cook them with low heat for 15-20 minutes until the bulgur grains became bigger. Bon Appetit!
