Ingredients:

  • For stuffing
  • 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
  • 2 tablespoons of onions (chopped)
  • 250 g ground baby beef
  • 2 small long green pepper (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley (chopped)
  • 1 coffee spoon of flaked red pepper
  • Salt and black pepper
  • For cream
  • 1 glass of Fine Bulgur
  • 2 glasses of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • For pouring over
  • 1 tablespoon of powder parmesan cheese

 

1- Boil bulgur in 1.5 glass of water for approximately 15-20 minutes. Mix pound turkey, seeds removed and chopped tomatoes, bulgur, fresh onion, yoghurt, mint, cumin and salt in a big bowl.

2-Lightly wet your hands and make 4 equal portion of burger from the mixture.

3-Oil your grill or a pan with sunflower oil. Grill them for 10-12 minutes, turn once until it is well done.

4-Serve burgers in pitta bread along with cube cut tomatoes and red onion. Bon appetite.
