Ingredients:

  • 1 clove of crushed garlic
  • 10 chopped mushrooms
  • 1 chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup of chopped bell peppers
  • ½ glass of Fine Bulgur
  • 5 glass of water (to boil bulgur)
  • 1 scrambled egg white
  • 3 tablespoons of whole-wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons of tamari sauce

 

1- Boil bulgur for 15-20 minutes in 1.5 glass of bulgur. Fry vegetables in a pan; add mushrooms last.

2-After vegetables get cold add bulgur and mix them.

3-Then, keep mixing them after adding egg white, flour and tamari sauce. Divide the stuffing you prepared into equal portions and form them as burgers.

4-After lightly oiling a grill pan, fry the burgers until both sides are fried.
