Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Duru Split Red Lentil
  • 4 Cups Water
  • 1 Cups Fine Bulgur
  • 5-6 Pieces Fresh Onions
  • ½  Bunch Parsley
  • 2 Medium onions
  • 2/3 Cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Dessert Spoons Tomato Paste
  • 1 Dessert Spoons Chili Pepper Paste
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Flaked Red Pepper
  • Cumin

 

1-Put water in a pot. Add washed red lentils. Boil lentils until they are soft.

2-Put bulgur over lentils boiled and mix well. Cover it to absorb all water.Chop mince fresh onions, parsley.

3-Put olive oil in a pot. Add onions chopped mince , saute until onions are pink.

4-Add tomate and pepper paste, cumin, red flake pepper, black pepper. Stir 1 min.

5-Pour all ingredients over bulgur and lentils rested. Add salt, black pepper.Mix well.

6- Put lettuces into salad plate. Take pieces walnut-sized. Form it into oval-shaped.Serve with pomegranate molasses.
