Ingredients:

  • ½ Kg Ground Beef
  • 2 Medium Sized Onions
  • 1 Cup Fine Bulgur
  • ½ Cup Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
  • 1 Tbsp. Pepper Paste
  • ½ Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
  • ½ Tsp. Black Pepper
  • Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Dried Basil
  • 1,5 Kg Turnips
  • 2 Pcs. Paprika
  • 10 Pcs. Cherry Tomatoes
  • For The Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
  • 1 Tbsp. Pepper Paste
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1,5 Cups Of Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter

 

1-Peal turnips, cut them to two and slice.

2-Chop onions.

3-Mix ground beef, tomato and pepper pastes, bulgur, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and basil, kneed well.

4-Place pieces of ground beef mix between two slices of turnip, and place in a pot

5-To prepare a sauce, take a small sauce pan, and add butter, olive oil, tomato and pepper pastes, salt, and water. Cook for couple of minutes, and then pour over turnips in a pot.

6-Cook until turnips are soft.
