Ingredients:

  • 1 package of dry yeast
  • 1/3 glass of Fine Bulgur
  • 2 glasses of warm water
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 glass of bread flour
  • 1 tablespoon of bread flour ( to prevent prepared balls to stick )
  • ¼ glass of full grain flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

 

 

1-Add yeast into warm water in a cup then, add sugar. Let it wait until it bubbles.Mix bread flour, fine bulgur, full grain flour and salt in a big cup or food processor.

2-If you are using a food processor then, mix it for 1 minute or until dough becomes a ball. If you are kneading by hands then, splatter one tablespoon of flour on the kneading place.

3-Put the dough there and knead for 5 minutes. Divide kneaded dough into 4 equal portions and place each portion on to lightly oiled or floured tray after making balls.

4-Cover with a moist cloth. Let it rest for 1-1.5 hour until dough becomes two times bigger. Then, bake them for 40-45 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
