Ingredients:

  • 1,5 glasses of Extra Extra Coarse Bulgur
  • 4,5, glasses of water (to boil bulgur)
  • ½ cup of fresh coriander
  • ¼ glass of soya sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of small size peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • ½ teaspoon of powder shili
  • 3 cups of steamed broccoli

 

 

1-Put the water and bulgur into a pan and boil until bulgur absorbs all water. Make coriander, soya sauce, peanut butter, vinegar, sugar and chilli paste in food processor.

2-Add the prepared peanut butter into bulgur and mix them all.

3- Finally, add broccoli and cook by mixing the same for 3 more minutes.
