1- Put soaked chickpeas in a pan and add water then boil.
2- Put Duru Brown Fine bulgur in a bowl. Add salt, black pepper, white pepper and flour then mix.
3- Add hot water to the mixture and mix well. Cover it for 10 minutes. Then knead the dough. Shape the dough into small balls.
4- In another place, put olive oil in a pan. Add garlic cloves and chopped onions then saute them.
5- Add chickpeas with water and, Zinkol balls. Cook them for 5 minutes.
6- Serve hot or cold. Serve with white vinegar. Bon Appetit !
